Steel Belt Conveyors
The hinged steel belt conveyors are suitable to handle short, long, curly and bushy wet or dry chips which can be integrated with machining centres, turning, milling, boring and special purpose machines.

Scraper Conveyors

Longer drag conveyors are available for central chip handling requirements or for infeed to chip processing solutions. ConSep® 2000
Miven Mayfran’s ConSep® 2000 Conveyor offers advanced chip removal and cleaning to manage multiple material types, including the more difficult to handle strings and turnings. The primary conveyor removes all chip types and sizes, and the lower drag-type separator conveyor removes fines that are passed through and carried back into the system by the primary conveyor. The ConSep® 2000 Conveyor features:

- A permanent self-cleaning filter media with backwash spray that cleans coolant to 50-micron nominal
ConSep® 2000 II
Miven Mayfran’s ConSep® 2000 II is a single-belt version of the popular ConSep® 2000 conveyor that offers an integrated filtration chip and coolant system. Like its multi-belt counterpart, its unique design protects the drum filter, and its permanent self-cleaning filter media with backwash spray cleans coolant to 50-micron nominal. The ConSep® 2000 II also:
- Handles most chip types and various materials
- Prevents damage of the drum filter with a steel belt

Compact band coolant filters are gravity filters with an edge over regular flatbed filters in terms of foot print. Compact paper band coolant filter systems are perfect solution for cleaning coolant emulsions and neat cutting oil.
